DWD is a hands on activity day for students to learn about water resources. In the past, students have helped to plant rain gardens. This year, students planted a pollinator garden, thanks to a grant from the Sierra Club.

To the right, a hydrogeologist is using a groundwater model to explain groundwater wells, aquifers, and how groundwater flows beneath the land surface.
2023 Learning Stations Included:
- Where does the poop go?
- Rain gardens / pollinator garden planting
