- Better protect source water through an improved understanding of local and state emergency preparedness and response.
- Meet the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PA DEP) annual update meeting requirement for the Source Water Protection Technical Assistance Program (SWPTAP) by participating in this workshop.

Drinking Water Day
The Eastern Lancaster County (ELANCO) Source Water Collaborative has been hosting an annual ELANCO Drinking Water Day since 2017 at Terre Hill Park. ELANCO Drinking Water Day celebrates local drinking water resources and engages the ELANCO community with informative and fun events about protecting our water.
Due to uncertainty with COVID-19, we are not planning an in-person event in 2021. Instead we have created a Virtual Classroom, which includes online resources for students and teachers.
